    Great saw
Muffler screws becoming loose all the time, aluminum gasket gets ruined. I do own 5 of them, ALL have same problem, even better tread gets damaged, ripped out from cylinder.(I do retread and put 1mm bigger screw with high heat and vibration resistant tread lock) and think will have to put tread lock on new saw muffler screws before first use. Other ways it's a GREAT saw, compare to TS400(I had around 20) it's holding up really great. All of them still runs, no mechanical breaks like TS400 had ... read more with piston rings, axle bearings. We do masonry and it gets its beating dry or wet cutting.

    I fell for peer pressure.
Everyone kept talking about the TS 420. I couldn't help it. I bought one right away. The description is accurate. All the other cut-off machines I've used I can easily compare to this one. I think I might get a second TS 420 because of the esteem this one has already given me. As I leave this review to attend a gala I urge anyone else interested to get the super famous TS 420. It will change your life.

    Lightweight and great to operate
Cuts great and very durable. Battery life is about 20 minutes and not a problem if you use the quick charge system.

    Great saw compact and lightweight
This saw is good, lightweight and compact vs a gas powered. My boss (our mayor) has one he uses for his masonry business that we borrowed for our village to do some cutting on 4" ductile iron water line while replacing a fire hydrant. Saw had no clue what it was cutting and went through it very easy. Only thing to make this saw better would be a shroud that you can position to help get a change of angles for easier cutting approaches.

its time to come out with a saw for rhe brick layers
I've been a bricklayer for 35 years an when I seen this saw I thought to myself it's about time that they came out with this saw that's light and manageable to 2000 a wall it is very impressive but they need another inch on a saw blade very impressed but it doesn't cut through a brick if that ever is done I would buy it in a minute matter of fact I know 10 bricklayers that would buy it right away start thinking about tand I guarantee it your sales would increase 50%he bricklayers

    Product works great
I am a plumber and I use this machine to cut through slabs to get to my drain lines. I have used other machines before. I rented for a while before I bought so I have a guideline for this review as well. This was a great purchase. I have had it for about four years. I have cut about 2000 feet with it and have not had any problems. My first time using it I had to learn a few things out so it took a little bit to get it started. Ever since then starting it is a breeze. This machine once you prime ... read more the carburetor starts on the second or third pull even after it has sat for months. I use ethanol free fuel just so you guys know. I love this machine. It is fun to use. The only reason I did not give it a full score on the power is because when you use a 16'' blade it will bog down in thick slabs. You just have to go a little bit slower and then it is fine. Other machines I have found could not come close to matching the power of this machine. I would recommend this to anyone. It is way better then renting and I bet if I where to sell this right now I could get close to what I paid for it. They hold there value. Also. I bought the wheels for the machine. I don't know why it doesn't come with the machine because it doesn't roll without them. It was a cheap add on anyway so it is not a big deal to buy. The wheels sit off the ground a little so when it is just sitting it is on its pads and doesn't roll or move when idling. Great Machine. It is one of my favorite tools in my business. You know what. Nevermind. It is my favorite.

Best tool to use for the toughest jobs
We use many of these saws at my company for concrete cutting and masonry cutting. They are the absolute best and it makes those big cuts go much better with this in your hands. Always starts when maintained well. Only bad thing about it is the heavy weight makes it hard to use sometimes.

    Great power
I just picked up the ts-800 for a commercial job of mine,I had to cut 200 feet of concrete out. The power of the saw and the water attachment worked well! I suggest you buy the cart for the saw too.

    Cheap plastic
The water cut off to the hose is really cheap. Will break buy replacements. Poor decision on Stihl
