As many uses as you can think of.
The stihl power sweep is one of my favorite accessories. I used to spend days raking and digging with a steel rake to remove gravel from grass areas after plowing season. With the power sweep I can now do these clean-up jobs in minutes and make more money. Its fairly heavy, but still very manageable if you put your hand in front of the handle while operating. I will be buying many more of these soon!

    Great for light snow removal
I just purchased this a few days ago and have used it twice. It was easy to spin the gearbox 180 degrees and attach the sweeper. If you want an additional guard that spans the entire width of the sweeper, it is an option. The first time I used it was on chunks of solid snow I had scraped off the driveway. It pushed it easily. This morning we had about 4" of new light snow. This was a little much to remove. There was plenty of power, but once you went about 4',the build up started to come back ... read more over the blades and you needed another pass to clear the surface.

    It will surprise you!!
Bought this attachment somewhat skeptical of its claims of removing light snow. Well the first snow came and man what a job. I removed 5 inches of snow off a 100'x10' driveway and 80' feet of stamped concrete I was leary of using a snow blower on in 40 minutes. I don't own a snow blower so was I never shoveled my driveway because shoveling took hours. Now it's done quickly. Have cleared 8" deep wet snow with this attachment with a second pass. One drawback is it got me suckered in to doing my ... read more mother in laws sidewalk and driveway after she witnessed how fast and affective it was. Oh well a labor of love I suppose. I would recommend it to anyone!!

Just purchased and used this afternoon
I had to replant my back yard due to weeds and just not good. The thought of racking the yard was not a good thought. When I got this and started to cultivate my yard I was making faster progress then I thought. I tried to cultivate around a cut down tree that had a stump grinder job and it worked like a charm. This saved my back and body from days of racking. Its light and not like a regular roto-tiller which is NOT what I wanted to achieve. IT did a good job of scraping up the top 3+ inches ... read more and break up any dirt.

    Small Light duty tool
I ve used this tool in my wifes rose garden. I found it to be easy to control and has very good digging depth. When I purchised my Yard boss I also bought the Wheel Attachment, Makes tilling with the BOLO Tine Cultivator alot Safer and very easy to control. As with all of the Attachments very simple to maintain and easy to clean. Really cuts up the dirt clods and mixes the soil well. Saves alot of time and easy on the back!

    MUCH better than spike tines
Bolo tines do a much better job of tilling soil and cutting roots than the standard spike tines. also works good for mixing in compost and blending soils.

    Perfect
Perfect for all jobs. Bristles are extremely tough. I've used this from street cleaning to de-thatching the lawn. Tough product and I expect many years of use.

best trimming equipment I ever bought
Top of the line attachment Works super I would recommend this system to any one and everyone I know. One little problem that annoys me is the line feed is to sensitive and feed to fast. Then it wraps around the trimmer head which means stopping and untangling it and shorting the trim line. I have many of the attachments and I am very pleased.

    Great product
I like the product for trimming tight areas. What I'd like to see is a bent shaft to make an offset head. I put this head on the yardboss for my mother and grandmother to use on a long stretch of fence row. It's seems like they spend a lot of time turning the head towards the fence. I think with an offset head they could cruise around it.

    Back-Saver
I purchased this to trim around my pond. The Stihl KM130 with a poly head can get heavy. This works great! Cut my trimming time in half and saved my back. Buy with confidence. No line feed problems for me.

    Incredible!!
This really is the attachment that I bought my Yard Boss for. Picked it up today, and the dealer instructed me on how to attach it. I referred to the owner’s manual also, and it took me about 20-30 minutes to swap the tiller attachment for the dethatcher attachment. This was the first attachment switch that I have done, and I was quite careful. The next switch will be under 15 minutes. I mowed my lawn with my self-propelled Honda walk-behind, to minimize the height of the grass. I then used the ... read more Stihl Yard Boss with the dethatcher attachment. I should mention that I also have the wheel kit on my Yard Boss, and in my opinion, it is a “must have.” The dethatching was quite easy, and the speed walking behind, was about the speed of my mower. It has been at least 9 years since my lawn has been dethached, so the thatch was quite heavy. The machine never struggled, and I never struggled. The Yard Boss brought to the surface a nice layer of dead grass. The live grass was undamaged, and after mowing with a bagger after the dethatching, I filled my mower bag with old dead grass about every 100 square feet. Visual inspection of the lawn afterwards, showed abundant areas where the thatch was almost completely gone, exposing bare soil. After one pass, I would estimate that 80-90 percent of the thatch was cleared. After-inspection of the tool itself, showed tines in like new condition. There was zero clogging of the mechanism with dead grass. This is going to be a Spring/Fall tool for me with overseeding done at the same time. This attachment is a Home Run.
