    Very good fast start
The last Stihl trimmer was hard to start. I went to see my local dealer and he advised that the 56 line of combi system has improved starting. Boy was he ever right. I have the pole saw attachment and I have been trimming several years of dead limbs from a row of pine trees. I have been on this project for a week, about two hours a day and not one time did the trimmer fail to start . I wish all my small engines started ths well.

What I expected from STIHL. Quality, Dependability, Durability.
I have had STIHL products for years. From Chain Saws to Trimmers. I moved and sold my yard tools. All of them. I moved south and figured I would move in a community that supplied all the work done. I did not move into that type of community. So I had to purchase new equipment . STIHL was my first thought. I had STIHL products for many many years and never had any issues with them. I purchased a Kombi system. Very easy to use and you can hang the attachments up in a small area. I purchased the ... read more Trimmer, Blower , and Edger. I love this system. I have had it for 3 1/2 years now.

Great Tool for Around the House
I purchased the Kombi system with the string trimmer. I have been looking at replacing my battery operated string trimmer with a gas powered one because I hated the loss of power I would experience in the middle of trimming my lawn. I knew STIHL was a market leader and so I wanted to incorporate this brand in my next purchase. I settled on the Kombi so I can expand the use in the future. I plan on purchasing the hedge trimmer along with the bed definer or edger in the future.

    Should have bought sooner
I've only had the unit about a month now but I regret not buying it when they first came out. It has more than enough power for trimming and doesn't bog in the big stuff. I've used FS-90s professionally and this feels like it has just as much power but in a light weight two stroke. It handles the blower attachment and pole saw very good too. The 94 needs about 2-3 minutes to get warmed up and get to full power but once it does, it's an absolute beast. It seems to be extremely fuel efficient ... read more too. Time will tell how it holds up but my experience with Stihl products has been nothing but excellent.

Easy to handle and versatile. Cannot live without it.
I purchased this at the recommendation of my neighbor who uses all kinds of Stihl power tools. He had edged my driveway a few times with a Stihl stick edger, so I thought the Kombi unit would be something that I could handle. I was amazed how much power it had. The attachments are easy to switch out with very little effort. It is my favorite power tool in my "Arsenal". Highly recommend.

    Typical reliability
I'm an avid Stihl user, because they have earned my respect with quality products. This is my first KM94 R. My go-to trimmer has been the FS110 and FS111R in the past and I got this for some lighter duty jobs and for the 135 articulating hedge trimmer. Besides the hedge trimmer, I've used string trimmer and brush blade on this power head. While it doesn't have quite the power that im use to, I found no bogging down and no issues with any of the attachments on any of the projects that I used it ... read more on. Ive cut hundreds of feet of hedges, moderate to thick brush in rural dense rows, and normal trimming with no problem. Biggest plus with this is the slightly lighter weight. I would buy again.

    Needs Longer Shaft
You just can't do a good job without an edger, and this does get the job done. The only problem is I'm too tall to use it comfortably. Two solutions to make this a total 5 star edger attachment. 1) Longer sling. Limited by arm length, but might help. 2) Longer shaft. You have extension shafts, but they are too long. It'd make more sense to put 12-18" more on this one. Otherwise it's a good edger. The Kombi system is fantastic. Highly recommend.

    Very impressed with this tool!!!
I bought a foreclosure last year and put off doing the edging because all i had was an electic edger, I have around a 1/2 mile of edging to do, i was dredding doing it. I bought a KM130 powerhead with the straightshaft edger and expected to spend most if not all of my day off doing edges. i am happy to say that it only took me about an hour to get the edges crisp and looking good. It took me longer to clean up than it did to do the work. I cant wait to fire up my 130 and put it to work again. I ... read more will be buying more attachments so i can use it more often.... Thank you Stihl for making an awesome product.

    Cuts A Clean Edge
Needing a lawn edger, I consulted my Stihl salesman who originally sold me my KM55R powerhead and trimmer over 20 years ago. He recommended the straight shaft and confirmed my powerhead had enough power. It works well and cuts a nice edge. Cons are that it is short and bit pricey. Big plus is easily changing accessories while only having one powerhead saving money.

    It will surprise you!!
Bought this attachment somewhat skeptical of its claims of removing light snow. Well the first snow came and man what a job. I removed 5 inches of snow off a 100'x10' driveway and 80' feet of stamped concrete I was leary of using a snow blower on in 40 minutes. I don't own a snow blower so was I never shoveled my driveway because shoveling took hours. Now it's done quickly. Have cleared 8" deep wet snow with this attachment with a second pass. One drawback is it got me suckered in to doing my ... read more mother in laws sidewalk and driveway after she witnessed how fast and affective it was. Oh well a labor of love I suppose. great machine for many projects
Plowing snow all winter here in north central Wisconsin leaves gravel stones and small piles of gravel on my lawn . My long driveway is gravel covered so every spring its a chore cleaning the gravel off the lawn . The powersweep attachment works perfect , It rolls the gravel off the lawn with out any damage to the short grass . Just the time it saves and the ease of effort has made it a great asset for this purpose.

Only purchase this if you want to meet all your neighbors!
I bought this after reading many reviews and watching a few youtube videos. I was looking for something to clean up the yard of our new home. The lot is about 3/4 acre. I basically used it upside down as a power rake and holy smokes did it do everything I was hoping it would do! Stones near the road, pine needles around a tree, thatch - ALL GONE. Grass - just fine. In a couple of hours I was done. I had to take a break and get more yard bags because of all the debris this thing removed. Many ... read more (seriously like one every 20 minutes) people stopped to get a closer look and find out where I bought it. Save yourself time and effort and buy this thing - you wont regret it.

Power Brush with so many uses
I got this brush with a 110 power head for synthetic turf installations. It is the absolute best available for that purpose but have since found so many other uses! First and foremost, to use on synthetic turf or to power rake or de-thatch living grass, you must remove the guard (I'm not sure why it is needed in any application, lawyers probably just wanted one) and connect it to the power head "upside down." This spins the brush in reverse so it now floats on the surface causing perfect ... read more distribution of infill for turf and causes no harm to living grass while removing everything, thatch, sticks, mulch, anything not rooted. Note that you are now "pulling" the brush. Again its floating so practically weightless in operation. Also we've learned to feather the throttle to "walk it" forward along the surface so the shoulder strap is unnecessary (and now lost) for either of these applications. As for "normal" or right side up applications, it is a bit heavy and has a learning curve in this "push" mode but works better than a pressure washer to clean the dust from my rock piles from any hard surface. I also use it for snow removal. For any dry snow storm up to six inches or wet snow under three inches, it is faster for sidewalks than three guys with shovels. And unlike ATVs goes anywhere. It is not that effective with deep or wet snow however.

    Small Light duty tool
I ve used this tool in my wifes rose garden. I found it to be easy to control and has very good digging depth. When I purchised my Yard boss I also bought the Wheel Attachment, Makes tilling with the BOLO Tine Cultivator alot Safer and very easy to control. As with all of the Attachments very simple to maintain and easy to clean. Really cuts up the dirt clods and mixes the soil well. Saves alot of time and easy on the back!

    MUCH better than spike tines
Bolo tines do a much better job of tilling soil and cutting roots than the standard spike tines. also works good for mixing in compost and blending soils.
