    Great on my back.
I initially wanted to purchase a TS 700, but my Stihl dealer did not have one in stock. I needed a cut off saw asap. to finish a raised patio project. My other Brand cut off saw's carb. finally gave up after years of reliable service. At first, I thought I made a mistake purchasing a less powerful saw. To my surprise this saw starts right up, is light as a feather and cuts segmental retaining wall blocks and pavers like a champ.

    Great saw I’m a fan
I’ve worked for a big masonry company for a couple years and as an apprentice it was my job to make cuts for the bricklayers. This saw was by far my favorite, it out worked a huskyvarna. Has a better water hook up when your cutting masonry units. And can go a while with little to no maintenance. We abused the snot out of thease saws on big jobs and they just kept going and going. I’d usaly get a month or so out them. Before they broke due to sand getting in the gas tank. Great saw. I liked it so ... read more much I bought one for my self

Works well, meets new compliance standards
We use these tanks with our cut-off saws cutting concrete, etc. that creates silica dust. These meet compliance, but mostly they do a great job helping keep the saw-blades cool and knocking down the dust.

    Great
Great product water only last about 10 min but anything beats breathing in dust for those 10 min.

    very maneuverable
I use the tank with a 420 saw and it makes the saw very maneuverable. I often use this saw to cut walls for basement egress windows and the flexibility of the hose when you are in a hole is awesome. The hose on it is long enough that I don't need to have the tank right next to me which is nice for cramped spaces. The tank also stays pressurized for a good amount of time before needing to get pumped back up. Ditch the garden hose and buy this tank.

    Landscaper's best friend
I own a landscaping company and we mostly do pavers and slabs patio, walkway and driveway. Some days the saw run 10 hours and we never had any problem except a water connector that broke. Other than that the TS 500 i start like a charm. It is a lightweight saw for the power it produce. Any dummy can do the maintenance on this saw. Thank you Stihl for this quality product !

    Good product
This has been a good product. I have only had the TS 500i for about two months. So far so good. The Saw has lots of power. This is a great light weight Powerful saw. I have used it to cut Paver stone's and have completed two paver patios with the saw. When I use the saw I use it dry. I have not used the EWC water control function yet. My rating of this product is based upon the two months that I've had the saw. My only concern is this new electronic fuel injection system for the Saw. I hope it's ... read more a long lasting reliable engine.

Great power. A very dependable saw.
I have owned multiple 500i saws and it is the best cutoff saw I've owned or used. I primarilly use mine to cut stone, mostly hard granite. The power to weight ratio is unmatched. Very dependable, starts on the second or third pull every time! My only issue is the auto water feed which is the first thing to go. Still works on my most recently purchased saw but has failed on the older ones. Other than that it's a low maintenance machine, great power, balance, weight and dependability. I would ... read more reccomend this saw over any others on the market.

    Everything I expected
After having several TS-350s, some in the stable for 20 years, I upgraded to the TS-410. It is a little bit lighter, but more importantly, it is balance so that you don't feel it is working against you. There is definitely less vibration too. I also bought the STIHL pressurized water tank, primarily cutting concrete roof tile. It takes a little time to determine the right flow of water to minimize water usage while also keeping the slurry diluted enough to run off or recapture the water. So far ... read more I am totally pleased ith the new saw and system.

    Best Demo Saw
Im a professional concrete paver installer, and I have used all of the brands over the last fifteen years. This model saw is the best. It is the easiest to start, and the filter system is excellent. These saws have been the most reliable, only problem i have ever had is the pull chords are prone to breaking. The handle location on the top of the saw instead of the back like all others, is so much more comfortable and makes the saw more manuverable. Also parts are much more affordable and readily ... read more available compared to all the other brands Ive had, which I think is all of them.

    Excellent!
Bought this saw for use on a tow truck. Don't have to worry if the saw will start because it WILL. You can use it upside-down in confined space to cut. Smaller than the gas one so it takes up less room in the tool box. Makes work at accident site quick and easy. I think the batteries could last a little longer, but it's still not bad for what it is.

Great saw for cutting scrap metal
very impressed with this little saw. Cuts through Catalytic converters easily which is hardened stainless steel. Makes quick work of steel drainage pipe to cut lengths to fit into trailer. A must have for thew serious scrapper.

    Game changer
Perfect saw for pavers, block, brick. Works great for cuts. Our gas saw will be only coming out for the big heavy jobs. This saw will replace the gas saw for residential and commercial masonry.

    Product works great
I am a plumber and I use this machine to cut through slabs to get to my drain lines. I have used other machines before. I rented for a while before I bought so I have a guideline for this review as well. This was a great purchase. I have had it for about four years. I have cut about 2000 feet with it and have not had any problems. My first time using it I had to learn a few things out so it took a little bit to get it started. Ever since then starting it is a breeze. This machine once you prime ... read more the carburetor starts on the second or third pull even after it has sat for months. I use ethanol free fuel just so you guys know. I love this machine. It is fun to use. The only reason I did not give it a full score on the power is because when you use a 16'' blade it will bog down in thick slabs. You just have to go a little bit slower and then it is fine. Other machines I have found could not come close to matching the power of this machine. I would recommend this to anyone. It is way better then renting and I bet if I where to sell this right now I could get close to what I paid for it. They hold there value. Also. I bought the wheels for the machine. I don't know why it doesn't come with the machine because it doesn't roll without them. It was a cheap add on anyway so it is not a big deal to buy. The wheels sit off the ground a little so when it is just sitting it is on its pads and doesn't roll or move when idling. Great Machine. It is one of my favorite tools in my business. You know what. Nevermind. It is my favorite.

Best tool to use for the toughest jobs
We use many of these saws at my company for concrete cutting and masonry cutting. They are the absolute best and it makes those big cuts go much better with this in your hands. Always starts when maintained well. Only bad thing about it is the heavy weight makes it hard to use sometimes.
